Take a 10 minute drive from downtown Boulder to the famous Celestial Seasonings Tea factory. You can see what made this company great in their short 30 minute FREE tour.  I like the short time commitment; it leaves you time to see other important Boulder sights.

What's my favorite stop on the tour? It's the Peppermint Room! Ahhhhhhhh!  Minty fresh!

The gift shop if a great place to grab some unique gifts for friends and family back home.

So, don your hair net, enjoy and report back with the length of time you were able to stand the Peppermint Room.

Curb Appeal is Everything!

Got some extra ATV's or rotting porch furniture at your front door?  If so, these are the things that take money away from your sale.  People make a first impression within 8 seconds!  What does your place look like from the curb?  Take out your camera and snap a photo.  What do you see?  Your front porch lighting should be as large as you can stand it.  Prune those shrubs and bushes so there's a very clear walkway and eyesight to the front door.  Only add a wreath or a few nick knacks to give it warmth.  NO cobwebs, dirt, grime, paint chips, screen door holes.  The front door should be shiny and new looking.  Your home is communicating with Buyers and we want the home to say "COME IN, I am fantastic!".
